📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and monitor IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
• Ensure high availability and performance of IT systems by implementing and maintaining IT policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues.
• Provide technical support to end-users, including training and documentation.
• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery testing to ensure data integrity and business continuity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
