As a Barista at PT. Ratu Oceania Raya Bali, you'll be at the heart of our café, preparing and serving the perfect cup of coffee using our state-of-the-art espresso machines and grinders. You'll work closely with our team to ensure every customer leaves satisfied and eager to return. This role offers a dynamic work environment, with opportunities to develop your skills and grow within the coffee industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks using our high-quality espresso machines and grinders
• Maintain and clean espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment
• Ensure the café is stocked with fresh coffee beans and supplies
• Take customer orders and provide excellent customer service
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient service
• Assist in the preparation of other café items, such as pastries and sandwiches
• Keep up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and techniques
• Participate in regular training and development opportunities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Familiarity with coffee industry software, such as Square or Toast, is a plus
• Certification in coffee brewing, such as SCA or other industry-recognized certifications, is a plus
• Passionate about coffee and creating exceptional customer experiences
