📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service through phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Promote our health and wellness products through sales calls and in-person interactions.
• Use Salesforce and Zendesk to manage customer interactions and sales processes.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand and promote our products effectively.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer service and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and sales, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.
• Proficient in using Salesforce, Zendesk, and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.
• Familiarity with health and wellness products is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
