📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Nurse in managing the nursing team and ensuring smooth operations.,Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.,Document patient records accurately and maintain confidentiality.,Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.,Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices.,Support the Head Nurse in training and mentoring new nurses.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the nursing unit.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered nurse in a clinical setting.,Professional certification from a recognized nursing board (e.g., SIK or equivalent).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols.,Fluency in Indonesian, with English skills being an advantage.
