In this role, you'll use tools like Salesforce and HubSpot to manage client interactions, and your day will be filled with calls, emails, and in-person meetings to address payment issues. With a focus on building strong relationships, you'll be the face of Skyro in financial recovery, ensuring our clients' needs are met with professionalism and empathy.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct in-person and phone calls to engage with clients and discuss payment arrangements.
- Negotiate payment plans and agreements with clients to facilitate recovery of overdue amounts.
- Document all interactions and outcomes using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
- Follow up on unresolved cases to ensure timely recovery of overdue payments.
- Provide regular reports to the collection team and management on recovery progress.
- Assist in implementing corrective actions to prevent future defaults.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all client interactions.
- Stay updated on collection policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in debt collection or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful debt recovery.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred but not required.
