📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs, such as training and development initiatives.,Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll and other HR-related reports.,Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia, and ensure compliance with all relevant requirements.,Support the HR manager in other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the HR field.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.,Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.,Fluent in both Indonesian and English is a plus.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
