📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, including network, server, and storage solutions
• Oversee cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and data encryption
• Manage and optimize cloud services using Microsoft Azure, ensuring high availability and performance
• Collaborate with business units to align IT strategies with organizational goals
• Monitor and report on IT performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices
• Plan and execute disaster recovery and business continuity measures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on network and server administration
• Certifications in Cisco, VMware, or Microsoft Azure are a plus
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
• Proven experience in cloud computing and virtualization technologies
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
