Global Asia Consultants is seeking a Japanese Support Staff to join our team in Jakarta Pusat. In this role, you'll be the bridge between our Japanese and Indonesian teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. As a Japanese Support Staff, you'll be responsible for translating documents, facilitating meetings, and providing support to our Japanese clients. You'll work closely with our Indonesian team to ensure that all communication is accurate and effective. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate documents and emails between Japanese and Indonesian
• Facilitate meetings and conferences between Japanese and Indonesian teams
• Provide support to Japanese clients, including scheduling and logistics
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for Japanese stakeholders
• Coordinate with the Indonesian team to ensure that all communication is accurate and effective
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Japanese clients and team members
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications
• Stay up-to-date with cultural norms and communication styles in both Japan and Indonesia

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Japanese and Indonesian
• Proficient in using translation software such as DeepL, Google Translate, or similar tools
• Experience in working in a multicultural environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Understanding of Japanese business culture and etiquette
• Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred but not required)
