📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide level 1 technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
Document and track technical issues, maintaining accurate records for future reference.
Assist in the deployment and configuration of new IT systems and software.
Collaborate with senior technical staff to troubleshoot complex technical problems.
Offer guidance and training to end-users on the proper use of IT systems and applications.
Participate in system upgrades and maintenance activities, ensuring minimal downtime.
Monitor system performance and report any issues to the IT team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
Basic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
Proficiency in using technical support tools such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, or similar.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
