📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage a team of branch staff, providing leadership and guidance to achieve branch objectives.,Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.,Monitor branch performance metrics and report to senior management.,Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Drive sales and marketing initiatives to attract new customers and increase product penetration.,Foster a positive and inclusive work culture within the branch.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the banking or financial services industry.,Strong understanding of banking products and services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and operational excellence.,Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Fluency in Indonesian, with English being an advantage.
