📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.,Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve client objectives.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement integrated marketing campaigns.,Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.,Manage and mentor junior account executives, providing guidance and support for their professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze campaign performance.,Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
