Arts House Group is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Officer, Venues Experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our venues, ensuring that all events run smoothly and meet the high standards expected by our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our venues, including booking systems, staff scheduling, and event logistics.,Ensure that all events run smoothly and meet the high standards expected by our clients.,Coordinate with event planners, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.,Maintain and enhance the reputation of our venues by providing exceptional customer service.,Monitor and analyze venue performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement strategies to increase venue occupancy and revenue.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in venue management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and operating venues.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with event planning software and booking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
