In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales tracking.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.,Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.,Assist in planning and executing promotional events and sales campaigns.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Outlet Manager.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in training new staff members to ensure consistent service quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior is an advantage.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
