📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vessel,Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly schedules,Maintain and inspect all vessel equipment and systems,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies,Train and supervise the crew,Handle all aspects of cargo operations,Manage vessel maintenance and repairs,Ensure the safety and well-being of all crew members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role,Valid Captain's License,Knowledge of international maritime laws and regulations,Strong leadership and communication skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Experience with cargo operations and vessel maintenance,Good knowledge of English,Previous experience with the company is a plus
