📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements.
• Use Jira and Confluence to manage and track product development tasks and progress.
• Leverage Salesforce to analyze customer data and feedback, ensuring our products align with market demands.
• Conduct regular product reviews and iterations based on customer insights and business goals.
• Assist in the development and implementation of product roadmaps and strategies.
• Support the product team in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and workshops to drive product innovation.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in product operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product operations, product management, or a similar role.
• Proven experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce and its applications in product operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar is a plus.
