As a Deputy Inventory Staff, you will play a crucial role in managing our inventory system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in maintaining and updating the inventory database to ensure accuracy and completeness,Conduct regular physical and virtual inventory checks to verify stock levels and identify discrepancies,Collaborate with the Inventory Manager to implement inventory control procedures and best practices,Prepare and analyze inventory reports to support decision-making processes,Assist in the procurement process by monitoring supplier performance and ensuring timely delivery of goods,Maintain a clean and organized inventory area, adhering to safety and hygiene standards,Provide support to the team during peak periods or special projects as needed,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in inventory management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role,Strong organizational and analytical skills,Proficiency in using inventory management software and spreadsheet tools,Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
