📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.,Conduct regular client meetings and visits to understand their needs and provide solutions.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to the management team.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to pitch to potential clients.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to travel frequently to client locations.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.
