📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Attend medical conferences, workshops, and other industry events to network and learn about new trends and developments.
  • Provide training and support to sales representatives and other team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, medicine, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Familiarity with sales tools and software.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
