📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct in-person and phone calls to engage with clients and discuss payment arrangements.
• Negotiate payment plans and agreements with clients to facilitate recovery of overdue amounts.
• Document all interactions and outcomes using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
• Follow up on unresolved cases to ensure timely recovery of overdue payments.
• Provide regular reports to the collection team and management on recovery progress.
• Assist in implementing corrective actions to prevent future defaults.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all client interactions.
• Stay updated on collection policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in debt collection or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful debt recovery.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred but not required.
