📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires.
  • Manage employee records and maintain accurate HR documentation.
  • Coordinate employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in organizing and executing HR training programs.
  • Handle employee relations issues and mediate conflicts.
  • Support the HR team in various administrative tasks and projects.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with a strong attention to deadlines.
