📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train a team of employees to maintain high standards of service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock for all products.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotions.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
