📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Greeting and assisting guests upon arrival and departure
• Answering and directing phone calls and inquiries
• Checking guests in and out, and managing room assignments
• Maintaining guest records and ensuring accurate documentation
• Handling front desk transactions, including check-in/check-out, room service, and concierge requests
• Assisting with event planning and coordination
• Performing general administrative tasks as needed
• Ensuring a clean and organized front desk area

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role (preferred but not required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using computer software and basic office equipment
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
• Fluency in Indonesian and English (both spoken and written)
