📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to staff, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Maintain and update IT systems and software.,Assist in the installation and configuration of new IT equipment.,Monitor and maintain network security.,Assist in the implementation of new IT projects.,Provide training and support to staff on IT-related issues.,Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and networks.,Maintain and update IT documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network protocols and security measures.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
