📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of logistics operations including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain processes.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Lead and mentor a team of logistics coordinators and support staff.,Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, sales, and customer service to ensure seamless operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with transportation and warehousing operations.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
