PT Property Dwi is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Warehouse Manager to join our team in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all inventory is accurately recorded and managed. You will work closely with our procurement and logistics teams to ensure that our inventory levels are optimized and that our customers' orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse maintenance.,Work closely with procurement and logistics teams to ensure that inventory levels are optimized and that customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately.,Develop and implement inventory control systems and procedures to ensure that all inventory is accurately recorded and managed.,Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, such as inventory turnover, order accuracy, and cycle times, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.,Ensure that all warehouse operations are conducted in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure that our warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed to support the overall business goals of PT Property Dwi.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse management or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures, including ERP and WMS software.,Experience working with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and sales.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.,Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a fork lift or other warehouse equipment.
