📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, order processing, and delivery scheduling.,Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers by monitoring and optimizing delivery routes and schedules.,Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely receipt and distribution of products.,Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and delivery performance.,Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve the efficiency and profitability of logistics operations.,Monitor and report on key logistics metrics, such as delivery times, inventory turnover rates, and customer satisfaction levels.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to logistics operations.,Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a related role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers, vendors, and customers.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement cost-saving measures.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations related to logistics operations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
