As a Motorcycle Sales Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, working closely with our customers to find the perfect motorcycle that meets their needs and budget. You will leverage your extensive knowledge of the motorcycle market and your excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with our customers. Your daily tasks will include conducting test rides, providing detailed information about our inventory, and negotiating deals to ensure customer satisfaction.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct test rides and provide detailed information about our motorcycle inventory to customers.
- Negotiate deals and close sales to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and other dealership staff.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the motorcycle industry.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of sales reports and other documentation.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales skills.
- Promote our dealership and its services through various marketing channels.
- Ensure all sales transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in motorcycle sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of the motorcycle market and industry trends.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid motorcycle driver's license.
- Ability to travel to different locations within Bali as needed.
