📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Facilitate employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee training and development programs.,Handle employee benefits and compensation.,Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy.,Support the company's growth by attracting and retaining top talent.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
