Sentral Citra Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Procurement Staff to join our team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality products and services at competitive prices.,Create and manage purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents.,Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct supplier evaluations and negotiate contracts to ensure the best value for money.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to support decision-making.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, systems, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
