Cemerlang Telecom is looking for a skilled and experienced Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation for our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate complex information into easy-to-understand content. This is a remote position, but the candidate must be based in Ciputat.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and network products,Collaborate with product development teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Create user manuals, quick start guides, and other technical documents,Write and maintain API documentation,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Work with the marketing team to create product brochures and other promotional materials

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly,Proficiency in English for writing technical documentation,Experience with documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong communication and teamwork skills
