Sun Base Nusantara is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others grow. This is a remote position, but the candidate must be based in Cikarang, Jawa Barat.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Manage and mentor junior training officers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using training management systems and software,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture,Valid certification in training and development (preferred)
