📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food costs.,Ensure that the restaurant maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and mentor restaurant staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about the menu, food preparation, and customer service.,Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure that the restaurant complies with all relevant health and safety regulations.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared and served according to the highest standards.,Ensure that the restaurant has a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Experience with inventory management and cost control.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with marketing and customer relationship management.
