Apotek Bimo Computer is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team in Kuta, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.,Manage and coordinate the work of the pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and support staff.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain adequate supplies.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely delivery of products.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure quality control.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all pharmacy transactions and operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, suppliers, and customers.,Proficient in using computer software and systems for inventory management, record-keeping, and data analysis.,Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards is a plus.,Familiarity with the Indonesian healthcare system and market is desirable.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
