📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Source and screen candidates for various roles within PwC.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure that we source and attract the best candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruiters and job boards.
  • Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
  • Knowledge of the Indonesian job market and cultural nuances.
