📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen potential candidates to ensure a high-quality applicant pool.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring decisions in collaboration with the hiring manager.,Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics.,Provide feedback and guidance to the hiring manager on the candidate's performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HRIS and ATS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
