📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Promote Home Life Group products and services through outbound and inbound calls.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.,Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions.,Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a similar sales role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
