📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead and manage the university recruiting efforts for Stripe.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key universities.
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruiting process.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in university recruiting.
  • Represent Stripe at university career fairs and events.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling recruiting materials.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in university recruiting or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in university recruiting.
  • Strong knowledge of university recruiting best practices and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with recruiting software and tools.
