📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.,Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, ensuring they are trained and motivated to achieve operational goals.,Implement and maintain efficient inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and minimize stockouts.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other departments to ensure smooth flow of goods.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.,Manage warehouse budget and ensure cost-effective operations.,Handle any warehouse-related issues or conflicts, ensuring they are resolved promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing warehouse operations and inventory control.,Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations is a plus.
