In this role, you’ll be the face of Mary Grace Cafe, greeting guests with a smile, taking food and beverage orders, and ensuring a seamless dining experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Handle cash transactions and manage payments.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and food handling standards.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in food service or hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage menus.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
