As the Director of Resort Operations, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences and adherence to our eco-friendly standards. You will work closely with the management team to implement and refine our eco-resort initiatives, leveraging tools like Eco-Resort Management System (ERMS) and Sustainability Tracking Software (STS).

With over a decade of experience in luxury hospitality or eco-resort management, you will bring a strategic vision to UWSUN Eco Resort, one of Bali's most innovative and sustainable luxury destinations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily resort operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Lead and mentor a team of 20+ staff members, fostering a culture of sustainability and excellence.
Implement and monitor eco-friendly initiatives, including waste reduction programs and energy-efficient practices.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute the annual operational plan.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Manage and optimize the resort's budget, focusing on cost-efficiency and sustainability.
Leverage data analytics to drive operational improvements and enhance guest experiences.
Represent the resort at industry events and conferences, promoting eco-friendly hospitality practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in luxury hospitality or eco-resort management.
Proven track record of leading high-performing teams in resort operations.
Certification in Sustainable Tourism (e.g., Green Key Global, LEED AP) is a plus.
Strong understanding of eco-friendly practices and sustainable business models.
Proficiency in using ERMS, STS, and other relevant hospitality management software.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
