🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in payment processing, with a proven track record in managing payment systems and teams.
• Strong knowledge of payment processing systems, including real-time payment networks, card schemes, and electronic banking.
• Certification in payment processing or related fields is a plus.
• Proficient in using payment processing software such as Oracle Payment Gateway, FISERV, or similar systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire a team.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
