📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform regular maintenance and inspections on dies to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
• Troubleshoot and repair any issues with the dies, using your technical skills and knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure that dies are available and ready for use when needed.
• Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities and repairs, including any parts replaced or issues encountered.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the maintenance of our dies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with production schedules.
• Participate in safety drills and ensure that all safety protocols are followed to maintain a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dies Maintenance Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with CNC machines and other manufacturing equipment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid certification as a Dies Maintenance Operator or equivalent.
• Familiarity with SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
