📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally.
• Process reservations and manage guest inquiries with a friendly and attentive approach.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, dining, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Use PMS (Property Management System) to manage guest data and reservations.
• Maintain accurate guest records and follow up on special requests.
• Assist with front desk operations, including billing and payment processing.
• Promote our hotel's amenities and services to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in front office or hospitality roles, preferably in a luxury or high-end hotel.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using PMS (Property Management System) is a plus.
• Familiarity with hotel operations and guest service standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Enthusiasm for luxury hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Valid ID and work permit for Indonesia.
