📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business goals.
• Lead the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection and hiring.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their needs and address any HR-related issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a strong background in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
