📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create and manage content for various digital platforms, including social media, email, and website.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and Hootsuite.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Design visually appealing marketing materials using Canva and other design tools.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
• Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the property or plant industry.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
